Handmade Variation
Every piece is handcrafted, so natural variation in colour, finish and dimensions is expected and is part of the product's character. Rust and patina finishes in particular vary with weather conditions during production.
Lead Times
Production lead time depends on order size and mix, and is confirmed with your quote. Ocean transit from Indonesia to the US West Coast typically adds 4–6 weeks.
Minimum Orders
We sell by the container. Your account manager will help you reach an efficient container load and can fill remaining space through Indonesia sourcing.
Packaging & Labelling
Pieces ship crated for ocean freight. Custom company labelling and packaging is available on request when finalising your order.
Quality
Every order is quality-checked before loading. Report any transit damage on receipt with photos so we can resolve it on your next container.
